  I would highly recommend this hotel. The service was far above and beyond my expectations. Funny story, I went to the manager to explain that in my excitement to get to the slopes that day I had not been paying attention while driving up and had arrived with a completely empty tank of fuel. Silly right! And with a 23km drive to the petrol station back in Jindabyne I wouldn't make it. She instantly offered to provide her fuel can with 25L of fuel. She would sell it to me at the same price as the pump and send her maintenance man to fill it back up the next day. She really saved the day as it had just dumped 40cm of snow that day and last thing I needed with the family in the car was to run out of fuel.

  Excellent experience!! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Delicious food!!! Excellent procedures in place for food allergy as my son is anaphylactic and this makes a lot of difference!!

  The Ski Rider is fantastic. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is good and the rooms are toasty warm. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will be back next year. Was also really easy to hire our gear here. Thanks to the amazing staff.

  Great budget accommodation option. As close to the snow as you can get without paying exorbitant prices. Meals included and hire gear on site. Free shuttle bus to the snow tops it off. Always come back here each year
